No. Setup is filling out a form (name, school, colors) and clicking through to enable the features you want. If you can run a Facebook group or a SignUpGenius account, you can run this. We're happy to help over email if you get stuck.
Your data exports cleanly — subscribers as CSV, donations as CSV, accounting as CSV. No lock-in, no "call to cancel." We'd rather hear why you're leaving than make it hard to.
We never touch card numbers. Donations and merch checkout happen through Stripe or Square directly — we just receive a webhook saying the payment succeeded. Same security model your bank uses.
Built for them, but the platform also fits middle school, youth sports leagues, dance studios, and similar nonprofit booster/parent groups. If you have a 501(c)(3) and a community to serve, it'll probably work.
